Can anyone tell me where I find the Helmets for Armor sets?

I havent't found a matching helmet for ages. When I was wearing Elf Armor I come across an inn full of people wearing Elvish armor, and only one of them had the helmet. Ive only ever found an Ebony, Steel and Orcish helmet in shops and bandits dont seem to wear them. Im looking for either Glass or Daedric, please help!

if it is any help....i found a daedric helm on a vampirre warrior in one of the imperial city quests....can't remember the name

and i also found glass helms on people i killed in the caught in the hunt quest in bravil

All of the stuff is scaled. So if you are a level 5, you'll see nothing but steel and iron. If you're a level 30, you'll only see glass, ebony, and daedric, and won't even be able to get iron/steel. Make sure you're around a level 20 to try to get daedric, because it's impossible before then.

ya well i'm lvl 15 and i got a deadric shield and longsword

holy crap is that true?

im sitting at lvl 7 and i was guna wait to really get to a good lvl till i got good armor, that will be WAY helpful

I've heard that there is a glass helmet on the island off the coast of Anvil, but im only level 12 so I dont know for sure. Check it out and tell me if its true.

yeh there is a glass helm off the coast and you can get it at any level so if you want you can swim underwater to the top of the b of the word on the map in the water (i cant remember what it is it is something likeaboligiooonkonk sea but i cant remember) anyways swim to the top of the b and look down (by the way i am talkign about the letter b if you look on your map and look at the word sayign what sea it is that is the b) there should be a skeleton with a glass helm on him and just keep on lookign around the small island in the midle of the sea near the b and he is by a group of rocks

I know bout the scaling. Through the game Ive been getting complete armor sets except the Helms. Ive only seen a couple of the lesser armor helms in shops and I never found an Elf Helm! A friend of mine has the Prima guide and the Glass helm has a shop price of 500g, but doesn't tell you where to buy one.

Level 24 @ 72 hours!

I found the glass helm, so it does exist Jonno. Bear in mind its magic and one of its constanct effects is night-eye.

I have another question relating to armor though, are you supposed to be able to find your level of armor in the shops i.e. at level 20 are you supposed to be able to buy Glass or Daedric armor rather than take it from a dead bandit? Im level 24 and the shops are still selling Steel, mythril leather and orcish armor. Hope this isn't another glitch!

i found 3 sets of full glass and 1 set of full daedric and a whole load of daedric weapons at lvl 20 ...doing the caught in the hunt quest
