Yeah, I think that games too competitive for the 360. Its more of a PC based game. Im not saying you wont enjoy it on the 360, but all the hardcore UT fans will definately be playing it on the PC.

No, not really Tomahawk. The only similarity is the fact that its a very large vehicle, and I dont really think its fair to blame Epic for using the structure because its the typical size and the most realistic for that kind of movement.
Although, even if you want to blame Epic for trying to steal the idea of using big machines to transport a large number of troops (which seems like a good idea, to me at least), they're still designed differently.
The Derrick seems to be basically a large platform on wheels that can be used for combat easily. Whereas the Elephant isnt really designed so much for combat, as it is for transporting smaller vehicles. The majority of the Elephant is a hole for their vehicles, with a small platform leading to a small control booth, and skim edges around the top to place the machine guns on. Although as said, the Derrick is more of a battleground, as seen with Locust throwing up hooks and climbing up to fight.
I dont think its fair at all to claim they're stealing ideas just because they've introduced a large vehicle. Size is really the only similarity in my mind, Bungie cant patent it. I see two very different machines there, completely different structure-wise.
Anyways, I have a question, is Carmine an actual persons name? Or is it just the name of the regular COG troops (similar to, for example, the title SWAT). There seems to be a lot of Carmine death, and they say he's (?) back in the second Gears.
If Carmine is an actual name, is there other guys in the game that wear the same thing as him, in order to explain this...

Unreal Tournament for the 360 is going to suck because there are no user made mods...So the replay value is going to be cut significantly.

His full name is Anthony Carmine.
He wears the standard COG battle gear. All COGS wear that. Rojas for example. |

That too, another reason Valve's games wont be up to par on the 360. The modding community for Half-Life is amazing.
