What would Microsoft do if Gears of War sucked?
same as the title what would microsoft do if gears of war is a terrible game thay have so much invested in this title this game is so hyped up it is supposed to be the ps3 killer. I wonder if it would deliever a davastating blow to microsoft. What do you guys think?

I don't think it can harm them in the least bit they have so many other titles in the works that are gona well are supposed to be killer games.. so either way it doesn't matter if it sucks or not.. We all know that Halo 3 is gona be the PS3 killer anyway MS has always used Halo to it's advantage.

I know but microsoft has a lot of money invested in gears of war like faceplates,skins,promotions,and alot of other stuff.

Yes and think about how much money Microsoft has to waste.. lets not forget that it's a multi million dollar company.. They aren't gona do anything if Gears of War sucks.. althogh i kinda doubt it will after reading the review on the plot and everything sounds cool.. I think most people are gona buy it just to hold them over till Halo 3 comes out so as long as it has a capable Multiplayer mode that's all that matters.

There is no way this thing is going to be terrible anyways. Epic knows it will be great. Thats why they aren't even releasing a pre-release demo.

it doesnt matter. even if it sucks. there are soo many pre orders for it that it will have great sales no matter how good the game actually is. just like halo 2
