Gears Of War Campaign Achievements
If i already beat the story mode and i skip to the end of every chapter and complete it do i get the achievements ?

I'm pretty sure you can skip to the end of the game and kill General Raam for that achievement, but I think thats it.

You can skip through to kill the Berserker, the Corpser and General RAAM on Hardcore, but in order to get the chapter and game mode achievements, you have to play all of them. You'd do best to join a co-op game and play on insane. You'll get all your Dom achievements plus, if you beat a level on insane you also get the hardcore achievements.

i thought you couldnt do a chapter unless you had either
A) already got to the checkpoint on that difficulty
or
B) Go online and join someone else at a checkpoint further than you have got.
Either way it doesnt work unless you do the whole chapter.

I dont know that answer.
But i do know, you used to be able to go through any level on casual then just before the end, save & exit, then go back on a harder difficulty & you will get the achievements for completing that level on a harder difficulty level. Obviously i dont know if any updates put a stop to that. But i dont think they did.

If you have beat the story line casual then you want to do the 5th act again on hardcore then do you still get the achievement for completing it or do you have to do 1,2,3 and 4 first?
