I got it easy, Just go get in a chopper and go to an island you've not unlocked yet.

2 Question
Alright so I was reading up on GTA 4 and I finally got it! But anyway, the question is that I heard about people pushing other people off buildings or even just pushing them. When I go to push somone it automatically punches them. Is it an ability I gain or what?
Lol I was also wondering how to pick up girls on the street and what not. Every time I try to, they run away lol.

it has to be the hookers. go by the triangle club. there's always hookers there

Fat, grab a bike. Got to airport got to one end then race with 4stars on you to other na djump off ramp. You should loose them  thats how i got it.
