Dude, racing online is so fucking fun. The boat races are hilarious because you can easily push people out of the way and totally fuck up their race. Moped/Faggio races are extremely fun too, especially with weapons on.

We did an Ambulance vs Enforcer SWAT vehicle race, that was fun. We were going to do a fire truck race but my friends had to go.

I don't know why the cops feel the need to shoot you when you run into someone. They fall to the ground and you see cops jumping behind barriers to get cover. They're calling backup and shooting all their clips at you.
