i dono htid. other peoples problem seems to be when the game freezes in the middle of gameplay, often after hours of being played. yours sounds different. haha just force your xbox to rrod and get a new(ish) one. wrap it in a nice toasty electric blanked for a few hours.

If only more support folks were as empathetic and genuinely concerned about the problems their customers are going through.

Man, guess the guy who wrote this article never worked support.

See how empathetic you are after pre-teen number 1,687 calls and screams in your ear with his little girl voice because his life it ruined.

I don't want to go into detail, since you never know when "the man" is listening, but you may not have to actually get it to RROD, you might could just tell them it was a RROD and send it in.
