Get all your friend's special abilities and do all their activities to get an additional 10%. Note: This does not include Dwayne or Roman.

Does this mean i have to take friend our on every possible thing we can do like boating, etc

No it just means you have to get high enough % for the ability (car bomb, guns, heli) and Do their jobs ( stealing cars, package delivery)

Have you done his missions? I think you have to finish them, or at least almost all of them, to get the special ability. I took him out a couple times, did one more mission for him and then he called me with it.

Hey for some of the strangers...I did what they didn't want me to do. After wards they ran off saying fuck off or something. Does that mean i wont have to deal with them if they had a second mission? Like Sara who told me to teach her husband a lesson, I killed him.

Anyone meed Hossen? I never see him.

I just cant seem to find some of the strangers. Like Dwayne's girlfriend, the maps say she is inside a bar but i cant get in it because the bar doesn't even show up on my map as a icon. Do you have to unlock all of the places too somehow?
