i dont know if it has been mentioned as i'm too lazy to read through 11 pages of replies, but the "kill a rockstar developer" achievement isnt a random in the game, it IS actually a rockstar developer playing in the game.
This is the kicker... its NOT a VIRAL achievement. Rockstar have said that it isnt and that means only a few of the billion or so 360 hounds will have it.
Reason it not being viral.. if i killed a developer and someone killed me... i'm not a developer and therefore, killing me wont get you the acheivement...
Many forums suggest it to be viral. But i've read in a review that it isnt...here's the gamespot review:

Editor's Note:There seemed to have been a little bit of confusion, as we were initially told that this achievement would be viral. Unfortunately, we got word official word from our friends at Rockstar that this will actually not be the case, so you'll just have to try and find one of the developers online if you want to get this achievement!

I remember that Dwayne's girlfriend isn't in a bar, scout around Playboy's general area, more to the East (unless you killed her).

Dwaynes girlfriend (if you didnt kill her in one of his missions) is hanging outside one of the "clucking Bell" places near dwaynes place!!
she wants you to kick the crap out of her boyfriend... i shot him and she went nuts, i reloaded and twatted him with a baseball bat and he ran away and she was nice about it!! hehe

Does anyone know if there's a way to check on who you've met or done missions for on the randoms?
I've lost track and am worried I'll never find out what or who I've met.

I think that getting 100% on this game will be very difficult. I have tried (with the aid of the Guide book) to locate a few of the hidden things, such as Flying Rats, USJ's etc and have had trouble finding them, eventually doing so.

I'm on for the That Special Someone mission now, but I feel that once I have done the story mode it might get a bit tiresome riding round finding 200 Rats etc

Woo finally met all the strangers....i hate some of the stunt jumps. Like where you have to jump and land on a platform. I would completely miss the target completely. Hate the slow mo effect.

I cant find a bike to do the wheelie achievement, any of you guys know some bike hot-spots?

just do the cheat to get one. that's what i did. and then go to the airport

You dont need cheats thats dumb. Guy above me is a moron. Just get a skooter or a moped. Nothing sporty and just find a length and u wont fall back just pull back and if you have a flat floor u will get it. Every bump will get drop you.

I dont need cheats to pass this game nor will i use any.

Now i need to look and compare his stats with me. Since he cheats lets see who has done better.
