Yes you can still get it. The achievment states all the friends left alive have to like you above 90%. |

Am I right in thinking also that Kate isn't a friend? So it would just be Brucie, Packie and LJ I have to get above 90%?
Just trying to find all the Random Characters now, which I think is a pain in the arse!

As per the above I have met 10 of the Random Characters, but I can't find the other four. I think by the process of elimination these just so happen to be the four you can choose their fate earlier on in the game. Being the caring person that I am, I most probably unloaded a magazine out of the Uzi into their face.
Does this mean that I wont be able to get the Character acheievement as I can't meet them all, or am I able to meet all the ones that are alive and get the acheievement?

You had to choose 2 of the peoples fates. Ivan and that guys girlfriend. If you kill them you wont have to do their missions, so im guessing you would probably get the achievement. Some people only come out at night, like eddie on the last island. Did i mention you only need to meet that person once, even if they have 4 missions you only have to meet them once for the achievement. Unless you want 100% yo have to wait a day or 2 before you can meet them again.

Cheers DE. I will go and see Eddie at night. I think I only have to meet two others, Eddie being one of them. I can't for the life of me think who the other one is 
Anyone got any tips on the ten vehicles in ten seconds? I tried last night by parking a flatbed in the middle of Star Junction and blocked the whole junction. I took out my Rocket Launcher and I blew every car I could see up and didn't get it.

heres a tip for Stevies cars, to get the most $$$ out of the cars when delivering them you don't have to drive like an old hag across 3 islands but drive as you would regularly making sure you dont blow the car up, now take the car to your safe house in Bohan park it in the designated area and save, now load what you just saved and the car will be in prestine condition to get your $$ worth!

^ ^ That's a good idea, or you can pay $100 for the Pay and Spray near the top of the second island as you go over the bridge to the third island.

Go to a parking lot, or a place with lots of cars. Park them close to each other and throw a few grenades in there.
