Yeah, I don't get it. Here in GA if you're an illegal it gets you free medical care, why would Niko be any different? No insurance and no papers means they can't find you to make you pay.

Woah man. One of the Wanted missions on the last island is so hard! I only just managed to get out of my police car before getting hit by an RPG.

I just got the Midnight Club Achievement on winning a ranked race without having too much damage on your car.

Took me a few goes that one, I parked on the road and used the combat round walls and cars etc, but made sure (when I knew where the guy with the RPG was) that I shot him first. With him out of the way, it's pretty straightforward.
