Do you have to do every activity with all friends remaining alive to get the 100% completion?
I have done everything that I think I need to do now, and I am still on 96%.
It's just I am wondering what I need to do...

i've been told you have to do other side missions.. like, finding a car for brucie, and finding all the most wanted on the police car computers
but i dont think you'd have to do EVERY activity like bowling ect. just the mission ones

I currently have 91.25%
1. Completed 94 missions
2. Stolen 44 cars for steve
3. 50/50 stunt Jumps
4. Met all strangers and finished their missions.
5. 20/20 criminals killed.
6. 30/30 most wanted killed.
7. All friend liked 100%
8. 100/200 pigeons killed
9. Beaten friends in Bowling, Darts, and Pool. (Only need to get the high score on the arcade game)
For dwaynes girlfriend. How many missions as a stranger does she have for you? If i add things up i should have more then 91.25% WTF????

you need to go to every activity with every friend. that adds to your percentage.

I only just completed the game, with about 86%, and have killed 77 pidgeons without a map. When i'm using the map it'll be damn annoying since i'll be going to spots with nothing there.
