man im at 97.5% i only have to kill 100 more pigeons before i complete it but man it does suck trying to find those 200 damn pigeons.  .

Yes it is probably the most laborious thing R* could have put in the game. All previous games have been 100 'Hidden Packages' so to put 200 of the fucking retarded pigeons in it, doesn't really seem logical.
I thought it was quite good though going round and getting them

Yeah 100 would have been fine but 200 is going a bit over the top.

Manhunt achievement
ok so i haven't been on the fourms for over 6 months,
so i hope you don't expect me to look through 51 pages to find an answer, *lil off topic but oh well*
anyway, ive completed all of the most wanted missions on the police computer, yet i don't have the achievement. all 10 names are in red, and says deceased for target location. i haven't used cheats, so im puzzled why i don't have the achievement

You have to go to the other islands and do the ten there as well. If you have then ii don't know why.
