What parking lot do people do the Chain Reaction achievement in? I've looked around and have yet to find a nice crowded one.

What a fucking good idea 
Sorry to keep asking people, but you know the one that is the 'melee counter' acheivement. I think you have to melee 10or15 people in four minutes.
How do you do it? Can you just kill them without using a gun, or is there a specific way you have to do it? Like dodge then punch them to death etc?
I have tried various ways but I don't think I am doing the right thing.

Engage a person, and hit them so they become aggressive. Now wait for them to attack you and quickly press A. Quickly press B to counter. I thought it would be really hard to get this achievment, but I got it while practising. lol.
