yeah good one. Planes would be well good on mafia work, deathmatches (everyone on foot), cops and crooks  , and all the others 
face it, its not a big deal, you get in a plane with everyone......and what???
admire the view? crash into people? into buildings which wont break? i dont get what your saying.......???

They didn't put planes in because they had no reason to. You get choppers stop crying.

They didn't add airplanes because it wouldn't make sense. SA was set in a state. Numerous cities, lots of planes, IV is set in a city, it wouldn't be feesable.
