I've seen plenty of times during gunfights where a target I know I killed got back up and started to stagger, but they only made it about four steps before collapsing again.

I played my friends GTA IV and u can kill ppl. The only bad thing compared to the other games, is that its a little duller(might have just been his TV) but it still beats all the others :thumbsup:
