i have spent soooo much money on cabs. i got tired of driving everywhere and takin cabs. thats untill i unlocked more islands and start seeing the ferrari's and porsce's. ill drive those lol

whistle by pressing LB then hold Y
cabs are to expensive and they dont allow you to do your own thing and really explore the surroundings....

Just jump out or kill the cab driver before the journey ends. Or kill him after & nick the money. Then he pays you for the fare.

I have to admit that I do use cabs a lot and skip the journey 
If I'm taking a cab with someone else I make sure I listen to the conversations first then skip the rest of the journey
