Back on topic, although I know its already been posted... Get full heath before battling (eat a hot dog, stop at a restaurant, call up an ambulance.) Second, stop at an Ammo store and buy a "health vest" thing or whatever its called. It practically gives you double health.

my best advise is dont push the car chase on that long. When they are turning hit them in the side will spin them off(and since you hit them you wont miss the turning) then just shoot out of your car through their windscreen and kill them.

The other option while chasing them is to keep spraying their car till it catches fire, they usually stumble away from the car slowly then and can easily be picked off
