gamestop isn't that bad. i had the coolest employee help me once. one of the shoulder buttons broke on one of my controllers. i didn't have the receipt, but i took it anyways in hope of anything they could do. they guy said there was nothing official they could. he looked around for his manager, and when he saw he was in the back, he took the sticker off a used 360 controller and slapped it on mine, and gave me the good one! it would have cost me 50 bucks but instead it was free. so some gamestop employees are pretty cool.

Well I feel sorry for whoever bought that used controller. Maybe that's why some people hate gamestop so much?

It sorta leans on my carpet, so the slightest movement anywhere near that space in the carpet causes it to rock.

no he didn't sell my broken one. he reported it as defective so the company eats the cost, instead of someone who shelled out 55 bucks for a controller that breaks after 3 months, just outside the warranty.
