I bought GTA on Sunday, late Monday night I'm playin around on free mode with a friend and some other random guys. All of a sudden I hear some strange scratching noise. I'm thinkin, "Oh it's just the wind or some shit". But nope, it's my 360 scratchin up my pretty much brand new GTA IV! I pull the game out and check the back...the damage has been done, I cleaned it as best as I could but it just won't work with me. I'm taking the game back to Gamestop in exchange, the problem is...they didnt give me my receipt, the only receipt I do have is a purchase of a 1 month XBL pre-paid card I had purchased no less than a minute after buying GTA. Hopefully they take it, if they don't I'm gonna have to slap some bitches up in there.

Cause it's the closest gaming store, right down the street.

And thanks Pete, I've tried to play Rainbow and Madden to ease the pain but it just ain't workin out for me.

What are you doing about the 360? There is obviously something wrong with it. If gamestop wont take it back buy it from walmart and do a switcharoo.

try to get your game cleaned at game crazy ($2) if you can't return it. They saved my CoD4 disc after I accidentally pulled my 360 off the dresser with the game running. It works like new now!

game stop is 15 minutes away from my house...Target is 45 mins...guess where i went...TARGET

15 minutes probably equals 10 miles at the most
45 minutes probably equals at least 40 miles

Not everyone likes to buy lots of gas. Actually this one kid I know preorders offline just because shipping is cheaper than actually driving to the store.

yeah well when you have a 32 mpg car it really doesnt make a difference
and the money you pay for gas is not even close to the benefit you get from a better return policy...when i had my non 360 xbox i used to buy games from their...until a game i bought wouldnt work 8 days after i bought it...which meant i was sitting on $50 worth of worthless SHIT

Nahh, the 360 is fine, I've been playing other games on it with no problems. I'm just guessing I might've accidentally bumped into it without noticing.
