Please Help Helicopter Mission (possible spoliers )

im on the mission for the paper componey dude where u have to chase a helicopter kill a few guys when it lands and take it to the airport it says to land it near the cargo port but there isnt an indicator to say exactually where

i find it really hard to land anyhow and everytime i land it the thing blows up or the wings come off

anyone got any tips?

just take your time. if you are flying the helicopter and let go of the controls it will level itself off and stabilize after a few moments. then you can gently lower it to the ground.

the problem with the helicopter is that when you're flying it objects on the ground look a lot smaller and closer than they really are. you might think you're descending at a reasonable speed when really you are plummeting to the ground. take it sloooooooooooooow. and remember to use RB and LB to reposition without tilting.

You see the indicator just next to the tower. Take your time and get it down there. Use left stick to keep it steady. On the minimap it shows you were too. Yellow with the down arrow.

Yah, i remember it. Then he takes helicopter and tells niko he will call him when its taken apart and put back together to find the guy flying.

Just lower yourself into the yellow indicator on minimap keep steady with left stick. Go down slowly once you reach close to the run way back up some so you dont get the wanted 4 level. But its right next to the right most tower.

the indicator is really hard if not impossible to see from the air... so just go with your mini-map and line up your arrow with it, then land. once you have landed if you aren't in the right spot you will at least be able to see the indicator, then you can just inch over to it.

when i did it i didn't see the indicator until after i had landed, and i was like 20 feet away so i thought i'd have to move- but it accepted my landing anyway. so you don't even have to be that precise.

when you get near the marker on the map start to fly low so you can see where to land, take your time and bring the chopper down slowly avoiding hitting any near objects, I think there is a car near where you land so watch out for that, its not difficult really, good luck.

i hate working full tiem havent been able ot touch gta for 3 weeks will try giving this mission another go tommorow if i get time after work
