With MS paying so much for the downloadable content it will have to be something big to justify the payment they made.
Another island would more than cover that, but I too see how hard it would be to incorporate that into this game.

DLC will add the ability to swim underwater, haircuts, planes, gang wars, destructible buildings, a jet pack, 'flying car' cheat, 2 other cities and donatello.

I want Jets, a lock on system for helicopters and jets. Probably some more shit to do.

surely microsoft didnt pay $50 million just for the game in its current state, there will definately be more content later on in the year, iv heard rumours about vice city been on the map??

Maybe you'll be able to take a direct flight to Vice City like in San Andreas with the mission in Liberty City, when you took a direct flight there.. I don't see how they can incorporate this into the storyline though, will be good to see!
