The price MS paid for the DLC will have nothing to do with what the content is, all they will have considered is how many people will buy a 360 and the game as opposed to buying PS3.
Adding another Island or area would take masses of memory, I would make a guess that it will be unlocking stuff that is currently there and adding a few missions and characters....  |

All though extra islands would be cool, not getting my hopes up.
But what I did notice while driving around the city last night, there are alot of stuff (buildings, etc) closed or under construction. They will probably change stuff around the city so it looks different, like time has passed.

Well there is also Clukn bells and other stuff that has signs "Under Construction." It would be cool if they opened these up in the future.

yeh like they have finished construction n stuff, that would be cool, all though I love the look of unfinished work and rubble laid about the place does look cool

True Dat. But his Clukn Bell I was talking about is on the 3rd Island. and there is only one Buger Joint there. It would be nice to have more food options over there.
