He would be god. The almighty divine ruler of all things created. There would be like a 7 star wanted level and if you get it. You get rewarded with 10000000000 volts of electricity up your ass. Then your screen goes black and you start from the beginning of the game.

lil jacob would be ace to play. and rathe to go to burger shot, you have to go to his coffee shop to roll up fat spliff in order to boost up your life.
Would be funny if they added the guys from cypress hill, or Wu tang or some other gangsta rappers. I kinda like the ghetto style, although playing niko the immigrant is really good. i also wish they put Miso the blind guy in SA. This was the funniest ever character of the GTA series.

And I would love the option to replay the game with your in-game friends, like Jacob or Packie.
