Is there any way to disable them after you've used them so you can get the achievement again?

No just don't save the game after entering a cheat. It's that simple. Load your save when you're done cheating around. Or you can have a "clean" and a "dirty" save file.

can someone clear this up for me.. i've completed the main story, just getting to know my cell phone pals, kill the pigeons, do some races etc... i've started using cheats now i've completed the game, will it prevent me from obtaining 100% completion?
I have been told rockstar have incorporated in their previous games, any cheats used'll make it 99% and never 100%..

can you clear this up for me?
