Liberty City Minute Please Help!!!!
I Have completed the game and got the achievement you won but i have not unlocked liberty city minute even though i have 21 hours playing time. Is This A Glitch Or Have I Missed Something????

Btw I Have 94 Missions complete and i have done all assassination missions and exotic export missions

Did you literally just beat the campaign? Because you have to finish the credits, then allow the game to load your "Story Complete" game save. Then you will unlock the achievement.

You don't need to let the credits roll to the end. I skipped them and still got the achievement.

Assassain missions are extra, they dont count.

That sucks man, are you sure you didnt cheat. Check your stats screen.
