You've got the techniques for the effects down but there is no focal point, its hard to tell where i should be looking and what im looking at.

Not bad, try changing the brushes? (white things) to screen, overlay, what ever, so they don't look as stuck on.

Not a big fan really, have you tried making the bottom right C4D the same colour as her dress? then have it fade out to what it is now?
Basically change it using what ever you like and mask it with a gradeint.
