i preoreder halo 3 ODST 2 days ago, i just got it and i cant find the code to unlock that guy in fire fightmode

i ordered it from amazon. that was on list of place u can get code from. all that my inbox is $10 off next game purcahse before 10/31. (ohh good for mw2 lol)
also how do i find about halo reach beta? i look at website they gave and i didnt see anything.

and the beta for reach isn't out yet, it'll be on the "extra's" on the main menu for ODST

is it too late for me to get a code? I didn't preorder it.
I saw people selling codes for halo wars on ebay.
Will I be able to get one on ebay and will that work?
Also I saw a halo wars code generator somewhere.
Would you get banned or something for trying that?
