Halo not so halo anymore

Dude, Fable 2 is HIGHLY anticipated on my list. I loved the first one, and surprisingly my girlfriend really enjoyed watching me playing it.

Resident Evil 5 is also another for me.

I was never a big halo fan. The first one was fun but the second one I never really got into. Nolt saying its a bad game just personally never got into it. To me it was just another fps series.

I love gears i rarely would go back and play games on the harder difficutly once i beat it on the medium or hard but for some reason I totally want to shoot the crap out of the Locusts and cant stop myself

Im honestly looking forward to Conan and Stranglehold. Stranglehold i want to pay first it could be gimicky.

Im thinking i should try the first fable now thats im in the ms fold. I heard it was great but never got to play it.

iv neve rplayed a halo game before and after all the hype the other 1s recieved i am hyped to finally play a halo game

but i understand i cant wait for forza2, assassins creed, bioshock, gtaIV,lost odessy/blue dragon, alan wake

maybe im just impatiant lol

yeah, for me when the first Halo came out i was like who cares? but when the second one came out i was like YYYYYYYYeeaahhh!!!! but now for some reason i'm not really excited about Halo 3, i'm actually more excited about medal of honor: airborne and brothers in arms:hell's highway......strange...but i'll still get halo 3.

Omgosh! THAT'S the game I was trying to think of that was the top 3 on my most looking forward to list...Bioshock! When I was listing the games, I knew there was one that stood out but I just couldn't put my finger on it.

Oh yeah, and Ninja Gaiden 2 on the 360 should be phenomonal. See, all these games have such a fresh appeal to them than the "halo, halo, halo" boat that's been sailing around. To me, it's a sinking ship in terms of "wow" factor" anymore.

Halo 3 doesn't have much hype because Bungie isn't creating any. There's not enough details to be excited over, and there hasn't been anything to make us want more from Bungie. Once Halo 3's launch date gets closer and we start to learn more about the game, I'm sure people will be going crazy about it.

I'm sure Halo 2's disappointment to many is also a large factor in why no one's interested in Halo 3, almost as much as all these other amazing games coming out that just overshadow an old franchise.

While I agree that the xbox (360) now has an abundance of great titles, and can prosper without halo... unlike the first xbox... I am still EXTREMELY excited about Halo 3, more so than I am about any other game. Unlike most of you, the third part in the series isn't just "another" halo that isn't bringing anything new to the table to me.... I'm very excited to take the role of MC for one final time and (sorry to be cheesy and quote MC) "finish this fight." After playing two campaigns' stories as him, endless multiplayer hours as him, and reading all of the books about the tale of this universe, I could not be more excited to see how it ends. Thats the way I look at it. What I'm trying to say is... even if they didn't update the graphics or the gameplay, I would have still preordered halo 3, I would have still been drooling on my copy when I unwrapped it from its plastic coating, and I still would have mesmerized with the game's experience because its the conclusion of a trilogy... and a damn fine trilogy at that.
