I'm thinking that Crackdown looks to be one hell of a game and this beta just makes it even better.
Its a great marketing ploy by Microsoft that I would like to see happen more often. With ever big game release comes something exclusive to reward you for buying the product.
Its a great concept and a win win business move for both consumer and business.

I personaly think its sad MS have to add a reward for people buying a game

If i was a developer of crackdown, i would be kind of upset that microsoft wants to add a beta code in their. Its clearly to sell more copies and its kind of sounds like microsoft doesnt think many games will sell.

I think it is just to give the customers more value and maybe to guage the reaction to halo 3 to maybe make adjustments

im glad they are including it. as it will give more ppl the opportunity to play halo 3 and also to show ppl who werent gonna buy crackdown wat i great game it is...
