if you mean how do you get them on the internet look at my other posts

thats what i did. i put it on photobucket, then posted the url in the image thing and it gave me a link, not the actual picture.

On imageshack make sure you got the right link. There are two that are JPG files, but only one will work with the IMG tags. I found that out the hard way to
