i know u hav 2 start from the beginin but the iron skull has never been there wen i went for it. i did it on normal and heroic and never found it.

it is on top of were jonson and the marines hav been captured right? that small buildin.

What is up with the achievement where you have to get 10 head shots? I still don't have it and I've got much more than 10. I'm doing this on campaign btw, like it says you can.

i got it on the sniping level. where you start with one..and the iron skull is where the waterfall is where the drop ship comes to. it's to the right along the side of the map. look on google

Actually its not on that little building. On the bridge where the gravity hammer brute is on the right there is a ledge and some jackals. Get on there and then follow the ledge around to the left on the big building. You will go past the prison building. The skull is at the end in a little corner.

He's correct. Just go to YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. and type "Halo 3 Iron Skull" it'll give you like 50 movies all showing the same thing.



One cool thing I've found out is after I've played a level. Instead of idly wasting time playing and searching the the skull that I "think" I know where it is... I'll watch my game in Theater and when the part comes up I'll pause it scope the area. If you jump on the ledge (to the right of where the Brutes and the Brute Chieftain are) where the Jackals are sniping at. That ledge will follow around to the left BEHIND Johnson's prison/building. Up where another Jackal will be sniping (depending on difficulty). Keep following it around, then out of sight is the skull. If you watch your level on Theater you can see it and find an easy way for you to climb up to it. It's at the END of the level on the DAM right before the Pelican picks you up (duh... cuz of Johnson, you already know that, I'm just reiterating).

Can't start from a rallypoint/checkpoint.. MUST start from beginning..

And you have to be playing on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary. You cannot find any skulls on Easy.

No. The skulls dont have to be collected in order, cos ive got all of them accept the silver, gold and Iron (the first one) lol.
