I like it at first, then i got Forza 2 and Skate and I TOTALLY forget that i have it..and i really just don't wanna play it...I mean i still like it, but not as much anymore from when i first got it...

i love halo 3
...what i noticed is that people expect TOO much out of games. ITS JUST A GAME. you cant expect so much out of it. and its awsome anyways.

true but the campaign in halo 3 is much more improved than in halo 2
but i agree that the only good and solid mission is The covenant
the rest is crap

halo 1 had the best single player. i kinda liked halo 2 with the arbiter levels. it kinda sucks with halo3 not being the arbiter.

Didn't like Halo 3 either. As stated, completely over-hyped. Wish I had saved my money for a different game.

it was ok, nothing special.. defo nowhere near the best fps i've played...
i thought it would keep me occupied till cod4 but instead im playing pes, jericho and orange box....

You can probably notice that most people who hates halo in this thread likes games like GRAW or RB6 or COD.. Which are more realistic shooters rather than the Gung ho run around shooter which is Halo series.. So if you like realistic shooters like myself Halo is not a game for you.. I wasn't much of a Halo fan myself but got into it because a bunch of my friends were playing it. It is funner when you do get people together and have halo parties. But playing online gets boring quick because its pretty much the same thing and not much strategy involve unlike the realistic shooters where you actually have to be careful and look around all the time..
I hated GOW at first as well because it was pretty much the same thing.. run to the spot to get your weapons and kill people. I got into it because my buddies started getting into it too and its different gameplay than halo.. I loved the Ghost Recon series on the original Xbox and I actually still play Ghost Recon One sometimes. I can't believe people still actually play that game online! Not many but you'll find some usually on a friday night or saturday night..
