I saw in intro that arbiter went invisible , now if you play campaign with 2 players , how can the person playing Arbiter make himself invisible ?

you cant as it would be unfair. Its just a way of having him there with you in single player without actually having him there.

The only way to make either master chief of arbiter invisible is by collecting the stealth orb thing.
