I just made a change- and it helped

Ok so I just changed my controller set-up to bumper jumper. And it works so well. EVERYTHING,it helps with. The main one is BR'in as you dont have to move any fingers to press other buttons. For all those who have not yet made the change,I highly reccomend it as when you eventually get used to it ( I keep hitting RB for melee) it will pay off. For now Im just going on my old account and doing 1v1s so that I get the jist of things again. But yeah it does help alot,and I reccommed it

Yeah I believe a lot of the pro's play on bumper jumper because you dont have to take your thumb off the thumbstick to meele, thus making it faster. I currently play on default, I've though about switching but my meeleing or BR'in has never been a problem so I haven't

yeah the main advantage is when BR'in,just clicking LB to jump. It feels so much better,I think that it is worth the rough patch you go through trying to get used to it

I've tried it in matchmaking, but during hectic situations I find myself mashing the default buttons accidentally. So I brought it back to default.

While it may take a while to make the switch once you do you can see a huge improvement in your close range battles. However many people just can't make the switch.
