Should I buy Halo3?
I didn't play Halo 1 and 2 but 3 looks really good.
I heard that the story is continuous.

Will I be ok without knowing the story of 1 and 2?

p.s. I am not going to play halo 1 and 2 so please don't tell me to play those two.

I never played the first two games. But i didn't have a problem with just coming in at the third game. But there are a massive amount of people out there that love the game, so i guess it worth the try. Its one of the biggest games out there.

Definately get it. The online is the best out there as it is constantly being updated and bungie is hard at work making new maps often. In terms of the single player story, the first page of the instruction manual in the halo 3 game box is titled "the story so far". It will give you all the details you need about the previous games.

i didnt play halo 1 or 2 n i thought halo 3 is amazing, had it for a year now n i still aint bored with it, online is awesome

even though if i wqere u id definatelyt go and play 1+ 2 for the Full Experience... also u wont understand whats happening in Recon, since its based on the events of halo 2 - 3
