That seems about right. Im glad COD4 made #2, one of my favorite games of all time. Its funny that the top 2 most played online games of 08 were games released in 07 (just goes to show how good of a year for gaming 07 was). And xbox is popular for more reasons than halo.
EDIT: Actually i didnt expect to see GTAIV come in at 3ed. I played it online for a little while but it didn't hold my attention for very long.

How would I know that. I've been playing Midnight Club LA. Besides thanks to stupid people who waste time finding glitches in WaW it sucks to play cause everyone has to use them to win.

Wrong. Whenever I am on, there is always over 200,000 people playing COD5.

Andrew, you are wrong. The reason that MS made sure that Halo was an xbox exclusive was because their entire console was riding on it.
The PS2 was the CLEAR winner in that generation (though I liked xbox better), and the only thing keeping Xbox in the game was Halo. Believing that is not a matter of opinion, it is based on facts...

Sure, it was the highest selling game for the console, but the console was not "riding" on Halo alone. No console can "ride" on one single title. There were several different exclusives and technical reasons that kept the Xbox alive.

I know Steve I was just joking but if people think the 360 has more exclusives then PS3 in 2009 there so wrong. I think the only exclusives they have is that Halo expansion lol.

OMG, PS3 will be the number one system this year cause it's their year to release a lot games.
