Do you buy games and not play them?
I know I do !
In the last year, I have COD5, Quantium of solace, ufc 2009, fifa 10 unopened, all bought as they were cheap or on offer
and then today I order the cheap batman and smackdown vs raw 2010
why, as they were cheap !
My male logic is, its only 25quid, half a night out or no new clothes for a night out... and the price will never drop to that price pre owned for ages ( apart from you ufc.....)
I think I need to set up some sort of game playing time table to get through them !

I concur. Buying games and not playing them is a waste of money and why would you buy the game in the first place if you don't wanna play them? It doesn't make sense.

I only ever buy one game at a time - and thats when I have finished, or get bored of, the previous game.

I've bought a crap load of games in the past few weeks due to clearances or game crazy sells. But I will play them all...I just have a big ass backlog now.

I have to admit, it has happened to me twice
First time was Christmas, I gave a list of like 5 games I was looking for not thinking I would wind up with all 5 but I did. Took me a while to finish a couple so there were some that sat unopened for a couple of months.
Second time I was trading in a bunch of games that I didnt play anymore (actually, some were from above - LOL) and wound up with enough credit to buy two games...so I did, problem was one took me a really long time to complete so the other sat unopened for a while.
Never intentionally bought a bunch of games on sale just to have them though. Most of the time I only buy one game at a time and play until I'm bored with it.

No, but I have rented games and didn't play them. For example, I rented Borderlands and Operation Flashpoint but only got around to playing Borderlands during the rental time. Actually, I played two levels of OF: DR.

Unforunately I am not spoiled enough to just buy stuff and don't use them. Whenever I buy something, I make sure that they are worth the money and that I get a lot of mileage out of them. Plus unless I become like a millionnaire, I won't just buy stuff and never use them.

i only buy games worth buying. and i usually buy a game play it for maybe 2 weeks or til i finish it (whichever comes first) then ill either trade it in or keep it if it has replay value or some good Multiplayer.
so far COD4 has taken most of my life follow by zombies on WaW.
