Back on topic-

So I was about to go pick up Tiger Woods... have been reading about the many horror stories people have had over on the xbox.com forum.

Anyone have any problems here?

as said before, its a great game. its not the same as 07. havent tried the game face, so i cant comment on that, but will be getting a cam soon so i can try it out.

I know its a great game... I've played previous versions. I have just heard a lot of horror stories about this years version. Many people are claiming it to be unplayable, and are awaiting a patch to remedy the issue. I really want to go get the game now, but I don't want to spend $60 on a non working game waiting for a patch to come around.

they say its unplayable because they get stuck on a very specific location. but all you have to do is tie the girl until the 3rd hole, then beat her & youre back on track with the tiger challenge.

it is alot harder to swing, ill tell you that, but i actually like that feature. once you get a good character, you can rip the ball like normal

also, wayne rooney is in this game....haha

Im reading that the game is literally freezing. Online play is near impossible as connections are constantly being dropped...

just read some of the posts here and you will see what I mean.

you said you don't own the game, right? EDIT- never mind... you don't have the camera. I thought you could upload a pic without having the xbl cam?

im sure you can, but i dont really care enough to upload a pic. online play isnt a problem with me, but i havent played it more than a couple times, but knowing EA, connections probably are being dropped.

keep in mind, 1/2 the comments on this game in this forum are from people who HAVENT played the game. ive read all the threads in here, thats why its amazing that everyone is bashing this game, when most cant even say theyve played it.

never had the game freeze on me. maybe their 360 is going bad?
