I played the demo for Condemned and I doubt I would play it since the demo scared me.
Out of games I have owned, I would have to say FEAR especially if you have your volume turned up and play it at night in a house alone. I will never do that again with that game.

that game wasnt scary at all, the only scares were cheap ones where the girl jumped out.
