Return Scratched Disc?

Dude, bring the disk back and say "it was sctatched when I bought it and I would like to know if I could exchange this for another one?" Chances are they will say yes.

I personally used this approach when I made the error of tilting my 360 while playing a game.

Worked wonders. If your lucky and get someone really stupid, just say the scratch should be on the other side of the disc for it to work properly.
