Return Scratched Disc?
I hae bought PGR3 from best buy and i love the game
Yesturday i realized a ring scratch around my disc..
I cant load any race.
I have Never moved my console when the disc was in it.
Will BB give me another disc if I tell them what happened??

Id tell them it was there when you opened it thats your best bet

If they dont beleive you your pretty much screwed,
but i suggest bringing your receipt and as much evidence as possible to help you.

If it has been less than 30 days, then you can get a new copy, all you need to do is, go there tell them you opend the game last nite and it was already scracted, since you are not asking for your money back and replacing a prduct, they will give you one. If it has been more than 30 days then you can call the developers and ask them for anothr disc, i think they ship you a new one for like $10 or sumthin.

Well i dont see how it would already be there when you opened it if its because of the 360. I would say its a problem with your 360 and try to get it fixed/replaced

my 360 has never scratched any of my other discs
and it stays stationary in my entertainment center, so i cant possibly move it.

dude relax and instead of trying to prove your point, just bring the disc back and say hey, this game does not work, id like to excahnge it for a brand new one. dont say the words scratch, I , moved my xbox, return, not my fault.
Just say what i told you and if they ask you what happened all you need to do is repeat yourself, i dont know it does not work, i want a working one.
What you say can lead them not replacing your item. So be smart, shop smart and shop at Smart.  (Army of darkness for the ones that didint get that joke)
