Coop Games

One of the biggest selling points for me on the XBox360, or any console for that matter, was the sports games, fighting games and coop. games.

I found the sports and fighting titles but where are all the coop games?

I'm not really into FPS on console yet that seems to be the most popular at the time.

I'm looking for games with coop. play, no split screen preferred, Contra and Lego Star Wars are good ones I can think of.

I'm not too familiar with the old X Box titles and was wondering if anyone knew any good coop. games that were BC with the 360?

Kameo is an example

If you are ruling out first person shooters, Kameo is the game for you.

I picked up Kameo, here is the problem.

My GF and I insert the disk and start the game. Takes a minute to get used to the controls and forms in the beginning but we were soon making our way on level 1.

After about 25 or so minutes, we reach the end, beat the boss and exit through the gate. Game over.

It turns out, you can't play Coop on Kameo unless you've unlocked all of the levels in Single Player, which means one of us has to beat the game before we can play coop through it.

I wanted to play coop to figure things out together, not have one telling the other, "Ok, go here. Ok do this." Knowing what is coming kind of ruins it.

I read up on most of the games available for 360 currently and it doesn't appear any are out, that is why I was aiming at XBox titles that are BC.

didn't realise that, so thanks for the heads up. However, judging by the comments made of Kameo, it shouldn't take you too long to complete anyways (but I understand that the fun comes from doing things the first time around).

I just found a site that lists the top 10 coop games for XBox, I will have to cross reference them with the BC list.
