Guitar Hero 3 DLC problem

So, I'm having a bit of a problem here. When I go to Xbox live to download new songs, it finishes the download, says everything's fine, then I press continue and move to the main menu. Then when I'm about to play the songs they're not there.

The boss songs and Dropkick murphy package works, but not No Doubt, the rock package, metal package etc.

Sorry if this is the wrong part of the forums, but I really need help.
