I still can't believe we have to share the weapon. Imagine if everyone got a golden lancer because 1 person had it in a game... If they made the bat gold, then it'll be worth it.

I don't think they meant it was viral... Just that if you play in a game with someone who's preordered it, then you can access it for that game as well. So there isn't any bonus, but only if you're going to play with someone who has it every single game. At least, that's what I took from it. I hope the bat has some kind of markings on it or something, so it's not just a generic baseball bat.

Still. Why even make it a pre-order weapon if everyone in that game can use it? Usually preordered stuff is only rewarded to the person who pre-ordered the game. Not the whole team.

No, I mean that you start with it. And if you die, other people can use it. Don't make it available to everyone.

I'm saying that if you pre-ordered it, you start with it. If you don't want it, drop it and let someone else pick it up.
