you get aqua on the ladders after the firs boss on the way down (im pretty sure) its definatly worth going back for.

Just use yellow band and aqua bombs, i bought about 30 bombs and killed both worms quite quickly. Kill some of the small bugs first though or you will regret it on the second worm.

i didnt kill any bugs. i found it easier to leave them alive and just pummel away at the worms,

that was my strategy, it took a while so it might not have been the best one
