Fourth disk wont read!!! help

the fourth disk keeps stopping and starting, then crashing at random points and taking loads of time to load. the thing is theres no scratches on the disk and iv already returned a copy of the game to HMV because of the same problem.
ive also heard that other people have been having this problem in other forums, but those threads dont help much. and something about clearing my cache, but i dont have hardly anything stored on my elite and clearing it didnt help any of the other people with the same problem.
could this be something to do with the way they lazily stored the disk in that paper sleeve, or something to do with the manufacture and writing of it.
im sick of lost oddyssey im off to play katamari.

i just startedthe 4th disk and now im not sure if i wanna play on =o

Same thing has happened to me. Reached disc 4 and it would not load. Sometimes a message would appear on the screen sayin "please insert thjis disc into an XBox 360 Console"

I sent my copy back to Amazon and they sent me a new one a few days later.

Same thing happened and I'm going to have to send this copy back. Really annoyed as it is a mighty fine game.
