Do side quest after disc4 is finished
Does anybody knows if you can continue to do the side quest once disk 4 is done?

Nope, You cant, once disc 4 is finished, the whole game is finished, you want to do all the side quests you can, up to the ones you need the White Boa for, as soon as you get into Disc 4, like I did =]

I wasn't sure so to be safe a was doing all the side quest since before you a lot of people was reading my post but no one was answering it, strange.
