sending TE to other side?

Hey everyone just got this game and I was wondering how you send a TE or WR over to the other side of the line to block for me? Like lets say I do a counter how would i send one over thanks guys!

before the snap you need to put him in motion. by selecting the reserver or TE u want to move (with the b button) until it highlights that unit and then right stick him to which side you'd like him to go......snap the ball when he is in the position you want him in to block.....can work good if done effectivly
