On the topic of snipers, is it just me or is it balls hard to aim with a sniper, is there anyway to hold your breath like in CoD?

Well done, did you use your level 60 character?

My soldier is well equiped now, best armour and weapons. Just need to get to level 60 now.

i'm on my second run through on hardcore with a soldier now. (vangaurd first time) and the driving is soo stupid. i hate mako combat.

Yeah i used my level 60 soldier, equipped with spectre X gear and colossus X armor. My allies were Liara and tali.

Hardest part playing through on Insane was:

- Benezia, But I got Liara to keep throwing her on the floor.

- Rachni, But a shotgun equipped with sledgehammer rounds helped. A lot.

- Thorian Creepers, not hard, but take so much damage, 10+ shotgun hits on some occasions.

- KROGANS!! They can be a bugger, on Insane enemies use Immunity a lot and krogans are insane with it. Especially whe they charge at you. But that's why Liara and Tali were with me. For Lifting and Damping both are key on Insane.

Easy parts:

- Saren was piss easy to fight, kept making Liara lift and throw him whilst I blasted him with a Shotgun

- Mako parts, you can either do two things, dodge enemy fire by jumping over there shots or the alternative, run everyone over and drive away from them.

- Feros, Noveria and Virmire. All very short levels if you know where to go and stuff.

- Most fights, only died twice and that was with Benezia. Can be quite hard with a Soldier.

Just thought I'd give a heads up to anyone that is going to attempt Insane.
Also if you do what I said and bring Liara and Tali, change the team settings to Defense only, that way you can focus attacks on certain enemies (Krogans)

im thinking about restarting after i get the sniper achievment
i started as an infiltrator and it sucks soo bad i wanna use rifles or shotty's sometimes and blast the fuck outa ppl instead of having to time my shots or shoot them like a billion times.
